Return/Exchange Policy

We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website which are in original, salable condition within 60 days of purchase date; unworn with tags attached. Shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be defective or damaged. Any undergarments and face/neck Gaiters cannot be returned.

We provide a flat rate shipping label for your return or exchange. For returns for refund, the flat rate of $6 will be deducted from your final refunded amount. Returns for exchange or store credit are completely free. If returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped with their corresponding shipping label to expedite your returns process. Our returns processing is tied directly to the bar code on each shipping label. Therefore, returning items under a single label will cause significant processing delays. When we receive your returned item(s) we will process your store credit, exchange, or refund.  Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. Returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

How To Send Us Your Return

Please email to initiate your return. Please include Sales Order # along with Quantity and brief explanation of reason for returning. Once initiated, a return shipping label will be provided to you on both in your account page as and/or in a confirmation email, sent to the email address used at checkout. 

What If I Don’t Have My Order Number?

If you don’t have your order number, this information can be obtained by going to, logging into your account and viewing your order history. Alternatively, your order number can be found in the subject line of your confirmation and shipping email.

When Will I Get Credit For My Return?

Received returns are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. 


Initiate your exchange by sending an email to, please put Exchange in subject line. We will generate a shipping label for you to return product for exchange. Once we have received your return item, we will ship the new item. Once your return item(s) are received it generally takes 5 to 7 business days to process the exchange order. If your requested exchange item is not available at time of processing, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

We work hard to ensure our products are in excellent condition before it ships. However, if for any reason an item that was purchased from is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to report it.
